The woman behind the story.
Long before La Cave à Vin opened its doors, there was Fiona. Our mythical Neolithic ancestor, a Scot with a taste for something rather special, who legend says brewed honey wine and shared it with her village.
Her story captures something we still believe in today. A good drink is about more than what is in the glass. It is about bringing people together, sharing stories and making an ordinary evening feel anything but ordinary.
