Our History and Roots
Herve and Paula Tabourel opened the doors to our restaurant in 2006 as Pig’Halle Restaurant. Our core values of running a local restaurant means using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Cardo Restaurant is a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant, using influence and inspiration from Paula’s Portuguese and Herve’s French backgrounds.
